Recommended Action: 1) Approve application for Tourist Development Funding Grant Process. 20 Allocate funds not awarded in FY16 to the agencies according to the revised funding formula. 3) Distribute the revenue in 3rd percent to 50% Grant to Promote Tourism, 30% Marketing of Alachua County, and 20% Conference Grant Program. 4) Authorize additional FTE in Visitors Bureau budget to coordinate the program. 5) Approve the use of a scoring rubric based upon the one used by the State of Florida Division of Cultural Affairs.
